Clear rules for using Ebueto.

By accessing or using Ebueto, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use Ebueto on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

Ebueto helps people discover local businesses and helps merchants create structured profiles from natural-language descriptions. Ebueto is a directory and discovery service. Solidray is not a party to any appointment, service, purchase, payment, or other transaction between a customer and a listed business.

Customer search is free, and each owner account may publish one approved business profile without charge. Additional public business profiles require an active Ebueto Pro entitlement for those listings. Optional Ebueto Pro plans do not purchase verification, organic search rank, or a guarantee of customer enquiries. If renewal fails, Ebueto may provide a short grace period before an additional listing leaves public discovery; its data remains available to the owner.

Paid plans renew for the interval selected until cancelled. Payment processing is handled through a secure hosted provider. Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid features while preserving the underlying Free profile where possible. Any legally required cancellation or refund rights continue to apply.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us through the official support channel if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

• Only claim or manage a business you own or are authorised to represent.
• Keep services, prices, contact details, location, and availability accurate and current.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent content.
• Reviews and reports must reflect a genuine experience or good-faith safety concern.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Solidray a non-exclusive licence to host, format, display, reproduce, and process it as needed to operate and improve ebueto. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for legal, safety, or technical reasons.

Ebueto converts customer requests and merchant descriptions into structured fields. Automated interpretation can be incomplete or incorrect. Business owners must review generated profiles before publication, and customers should confirm important details such as price, availability, location, and suitability directly with the business.

A verification badge means Ebueto completed the checks described at the time of verification. It is not a guarantee of quality, safety, legality, availability, or future conduct, and it is not an endorsement by Solidray.

You may not:

• impersonate another person or business;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass Ebueto's security or access controls;
• use Ebueto to harass, deceive, discriminate, or facilitate unlawful activity;
• upload malware or content that violates another person's rights; or
• misuse personal or verification information obtained through the service.

We work to keep Ebueto reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Ebueto is provided without guarantees that every listing, result, or third-party service will be accurate, available, safe, or suitable.

Solidray is not responsible for the acts, omissions, goods, services, or representations of listed businesses or users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may review, limit, reject, unpublish, or remove content and may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to reports, or meet legal obligations. Where appropriate, affected users may provide additional information or request a review through the official support channel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without removing mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply where a user lives. We may update them as Ebueto develops. Material changes will be identified by a new date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
